Worship, Discipleship, Fellowship and Service

The ministry of Christ Church Boerne centers around the service of worship held each Sunday. Every week the Triune God graciously calls us together so we might render our praise and thanksgiving to Him and He might bless us with His presence. The Bible teaches that worship is central to life. As we worship, so we live. The goal of our worship is that we might be bound together as a distinctly Christian communion, equipped by God's Spirit for service in our lives and communities.

Worship leads to discipleship, and at CCB we seek to provide opportunities to grow in our understanding of the faith through various learning opportunities. We seek to know and live the Bible. As God's Word, it equips us to live as his people. We are committed to seeing both young and old learn, love and live the Word of God.

Worship and discipleship equip us for meaningful fellowship. We learn how to love and serve one another in our worship and times of study. Besides our ordinary times of fellowship, and the deep relationships we cultivate there, we seek to offer special opportunities to put that into practice throughout the year, so that we have more opportunities to get to know one another and rejoice together.

Fellowship leads to service. As we grow in our love for the Lord and for one another, we grow in our desire to see our community blessed as well. So we encourage participation in service to our community through various venues.

We want to be a congregation that will equip our city and surrounding area to live the life God intends us to live: worshipping, learning, communing in love, and serving with joy. We invite you to come and join us. If you have any questions feel free to contact us, or better yet come and meet us.
